Creating elearning experiences

I am a qualified accountant and studied at UWS part-time whilst working in the industry. I played a major part in introducing the firm to a paperless office and provided training and support.

I have always had an interest in computers and have built up a reasonable technical background for creating online systems. I was introduce to elearning by Angus and became curious with creating online learning systems as the internet is the way of the future and see huge potential with delivering online learning systems to vast majority of users who have access to a computer.

I work for Boomworks as an appplication developer using technologies like PHP, cakePHP and ASP. I have also used Joomla, Moodle and a few other CMS systems. I also work for myself doing website creation and online management.

My expectations of the course are to learn about delivery and a few of the methodologies of online learning so that I can build elearning systems.
